In her work, Claudia Peus combines basic research, applied research and the application of research. Her work focuses on topics such as effective leadership, the promotion of innovation and performance in science and business, and the management of diversity and organizational change.


Short Vita

Claudia Peus received her doctorate from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich in 2005. She then spent two years as a Visiting Scholar at the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Harvard University. In 2007, she returned to the LMU to build up the Center for Leadership and People Management as a project manager and habilitate. In 2011 she followed the call of the TUM to the professorship for Research and Science Management. Since 2012 she has also been Academic Director of the TUM Executive Education Center.
