Martin P. FladererFields of knowledge: Psychologie, Leadership
My research is essentially concerned with two questions: Who am I and who are we? Identity is a central construct in psychological leadership research. My work concentrates on the personal identity (studies on authentic leadership) and the social identity (studies on identification and 15 identity design) of managers and employees. I am particularly interested in the effects of identity processes on effectiveness and health.
Martin Fladerer studied psychology in Bielefeld (B.Sc.) and Munich (M.Sc.), specialising in economic, organisational and social psychology. He is currently doing his doctorate at the Center for Leadership and People Management of the LMU Munich on the topic of identity and leadership. An important aspect is the topic of 'values'. Together with Prof. Dr. Dieter Frey, several publications on this topic have already been produced.
