Dr. Eva Traut-Mattausch

Dr. phil. Eva Traut-Mattausch, born 1974 in Offenbach; trained as a bank clerk; studied psychology and business administration in Munich and received her doctorate in Munich; since 2001 research associate and scientific assistant at the Chair of Social and Economic Psychology at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich; focus of her work: Psychology of money, overcoming resistance to political reforms and changes in organizations, innovation and idea management, as well as factors conducive to the career of female executives.
